Sandmeir GmbH's digitalization of sales and configuration process of modular balcony system

Sandmeir GmbH, a German company active in the sales, marketing and installation of modular balcony systems for more than 25 years, needed an online tool to manage the workflow and 3D visualisation of its sales process. After exploring several options, they chose Ihme-3d’s i3D solution for their digital transformation.

Towards better and more modern ways of working

Sandmeir felt that their previous approach and tools were inadequate from a customer perspective and they were forced to make profound changes to the digitalisation and 3D visualisation of the modular balcony assembly. The whole sales process needed to be modernised and thus accelerated.
