Roof Construction

i3D for companies working with metal roofs

i3D has features designed for calculating metal roofs, allowing you to design ready-made metal charts for the customer in just a few minutes, price different options, and create a quote at the press of a button.

With i3D, you can speed up your sales process, eliminate calculation errors, and reduce waste from the first project onwards.

Roof Design and Pricing

In the configurator (CPQ), the material, color, trim, roof safety products, and rainwater systems are selected according to the customer’s needs and requirements. The customer receives a quote immediately, which speeds up sales and enhances the customer experience.

Automatic Creation of Metal Charts

After the deal is made, the program automatically creates lap-specific metal charts, which include the dimensions and quantities of the sheets. This significantly speeds up the design work, accelerating the start of production.

Management of Materials, Structures, and Prices

The user creates and manages their own products and product structures in the price list. There is also the option to import data from other systems using Excel. For example, fixing screws and seals can be included as part of the structure for the ridge trim according to its usage.

How to get started with i3D?

i3D is ideally suited for companies working with metal roofs that have their own production and manage their own range. It is also easy for an installation company to join the principal’s reseller network, which makes the process of placing and receiving orders easier for both parties.

Step 1: Request a demonstration

Let’s go through the basics of the software together, and afterwards, you will receive a 14-day trial account for your use.

Step 2: Start Using

i3D is ready for immediate use. The program automatically creates lap-specific metal charts that include the dimensions and quantities of the sheets. This significantly speeds up the design work, accelerating the start of production.

Step 3: Customization

If you want to automate product documentation according to your own brand, we will hold a specification meeting where we will go into more detail about your needs and make the necessary changes.
